Bring a friend, come for t ea, scones and homemade jams served by museum guides. Tour the museum, enjoy an educational garden tour and learn the historical background of the garden plantings.

Our 2024 Grand Opening is a free event. All are welcome to come celebrate the start of the 2024 season for Keillor House Museum and St. James Textile Museum! Featuring a ribbon cutting ceremony, open house, refreshments, and the launch of a new book by local author Genie Coates.
Join us at 5:00 p.m. on June 23rd, 2024 for the Westmorland Historical Society’s Annual General Meeting, held at the Dorchester Veterans Community Center, 4955 Main Street, Dorchester. We will serve a dinner of roast beef, potato, vegetables, and dessert, which must be booked in advance at $30 per person. Please send an email to keillorhousemuseum@gmail.com to reserve a plate. The AGM is open to the public and free to attend if not opting for the dinner. We will feature presentations from local authors Genie Coates and Renee Belliveau as well as a silent auction.
Enjoy a Victorian Garden Party including our opening ceremony, the performance of a historical Dorchester play, refreshments, music, games on the lawn and an opportunity to tour the museum and gardens.
