The Graydon Milton Library & Genealogy Centre on the second floor of Keillor House Museum houses genealogical and historical materials related to Dorchester and the south east region and may be useful to researchers, writers and genealogists. Staff will provide assistance with onsite materials. Paid Museum admission is required to access the centre.

Centre Mandate: to collect, preserve and make available to the public unique genealogical and historical materials relating to Dorchester as well as to neighbouring communities in Westmorland, Albert and Cumberland counties insofar as their local and family histories intersect with those of Dorchester; to provide facilities and technical support for local genealogical and historical research and, where appropriate, to link researchers with other centres in the region whose resources may complement and supplement our own; to commission and support the writing and publication of select Dorchester family histories and/or other works that would increase understanding of, and pride in, this community’s special heritage.
